At BIAS Lifestyle Collection, every piece is crafted with intention and quality. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections:


All sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges only.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Item arrives damaged
  • Incorrect item shipped


To qualify:

  • You must request an exchange within 5 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchange Process

  1. Email our support team with your order number.
  2. Include photos (if damaged or incorrect item).
  3. Once approved, you will receive exchange instructions.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

  • Sale items and promotional purchases are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
